§1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store A3X, placing orders, and concluding distance sales contracts.
  2. Customers of the store may be:
    • natural persons,
    • organizational units with legal capacity.

  • Store – the online store available at a3x.pl
  • Seller – Adrian Barański
  • Customer – any entity purchasing products from the Store
  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity
  • Goods – products offered in the Store

§4 Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the website.
  2. A condition for order fulfillment is providing correct and complete data.
  3. The Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and places an order.
  4. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

§5 Payments

Available payment method:

  • electronic payments processed via PayPal, including:
    • BLIK
    • Google Pay
    • Apple Pay
    • PayPal

§6 Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out within Poland only.
  2. Delivery costs are presented during the ordering process.
  3. Order processing time is up to 3 business days, provided the product is in stock.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer receives the Goods.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller by e-mail: info@a3x.pl.
  4. The Seller will reimburse all payments within 14 days.

§8 Complaints

  1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the Goods.
  2. Complaints should be submitted:
    • via e-mail to info@a3x.pl
    • or in writing to the Seller’s address
  3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

§9 Personal Data (GDPR)

  1. The administrator of personal data is Adrian Barański.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
    • order fulfillment
    • customer service
  3. The Customer has the right to:
    • access their data
    • rectify their data
    • request deletion of their data

§10 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on April 3, 2026.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
  3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
